Omnego announces the appointment of Kenneth H. Traub as Chairman

Omnego announced today that Kenneth Traub has been appointed Chairman of the Board.

Traub is currently President and CEO of Ethos Management, a private investment and consulting firm engaged in a wide range of global initiatives. Traub is also a member of the Board of Directors of iPass, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS), a leading provider of enterprise mobility services, and a member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEC - through its sale in December 2010), the leading supplier of basic input output systems to computer manufacturers. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the NJ Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). From 1999-2008, Traub was President and CEO of American Bank Note Holographics, Inc. (ABNH), a publicly traded global leader in optical security, and under his leadership, ABNH shareholders enjoyed a gain exceeding 1,000 percent. Previously, Traub co-founded Voxware, a software company that was a pioneer in Voice Over IP. Traub earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School in 1988.
